About Us
Company Background
Founded in 1997 by William Seidman (Bill) and Michael McCauley (Mike), Cerebyte, Inc. helps organizations achieve extraordinary performance. The original Cerebyte solutions used both innovative methodologies to gather expert knowledge and breakthrough technologies to guide others to internalize the expert knowledge. These solutions were quickly adopted by companies such as Intel, Tektronix, Hewlett-Packard, 3Com, and Collagen Aesthetics, Inc. as their corporate standard for developing and deploying best practices and other forms of organizational cultural change.
Recently, the Cerebyte solution has been enhanced to align with the latest research in positive deviance, fair process, neuroscience and mass customization. This scientific foundation enables Cerebyte to optimize organizational performance faster and more completely than was previously thought possible. The core of the Cerebyte solution is Cerebyte’s Organizational Persuasive Technology (OPT), which motivates the user to engage in learning new attitudes, capabilities and skills and guides the user to practice until these are completely internalized. Cerebyte’s OPT facilitates the deployment of best practices and cultural changes to hundreds and even thousands of people simultaneously.
Cerebyte's industry-leading solution has been used in a wide array of companies including restaurant management, wealth management, specialty apparel management, insurance, biotechnology and semiconductor development, just to name a few. The Cerebyte process is now being implemented throughout the United States, Latin America, Europe and the Far East.
