Leading Change is About Leading — not “Managing”

In business and organizations of all stripes, “change” is often paired with “management.” But change is really about leadership. When you’re motivated by a positive vision and you can focus on creating a compelling purpose for a change, your attitude is contagious – and does so much for you and the group.

This is leadership that matters and that can really inspire change. Create a culture of change leadership.
