My presentation at last week’s Conference Board meeting was New Scientific Breakthroughs Provide the Roadmap for Improved Performance and Great Leadership.
I showed how the Cerebyte model can be used to develop leadership throughout an organization — any organization.
I presented the model and 3 examples:
- A program developing middle managers for executive responsibilities
- A Sales Team Leadership program
- Leadership programs for sales and service
My core idea was that organization can and should develop leadership from every role in the organization, regardless of place on the org chart.
